Sibling Rivalry - How to Deal With Them

Today, two siblings were walking out our office after seeing the doctor. As usual, we gave them the option to choose a sticker. Well, that simple little sticker thing created what seemed like War World II among the siblings... They each wanted the exact same sticker, thus a sibling rivalry ensued.
