New Office Hours Beginning in February

We wanted to let all of those wonderful parents that entrust the care of their children to us that we will be making changes to our office hours.

The change is due to Dr. Graba’s maternity leave. That’s right! For those that don’t know, Dr. Graba and her family is expecting their third child. Yay Dr. Graba!

The office hours change will go into effect the last week of February (beginning Feb 23rd)

We expect to return to our regular office hours in May of this year.

We will update our hours page on pediatrics.com once the new schedule goes into effect as to not cause any confusion.

In the meantime, here’s the new schedule:

Monday	9:00am to 5:00pm
Tuesday	9:00am to 6:00pm
Wednesday	9:00am to 5:00pm
Thursday	9:00am to 6:00pm
Friday	9:00am - 5:00pm
Saturday	9:00am to 1:00pm
Sunday	Closed

New: Expanded Office Hours

We are happy to let everybody know that we are expanding our patient care hours. Beginning October 1st, we will offer appointments starting at 8:00am until 6:00pm. 

Please note that office phone lines will remain close until 9:00am. In the afternoon, we will forward the lines to our answering service at 5:00pm. 

We hope that the expanded hours will help those of you juggling work, school, personal commitments, after school activities and other things, to have more options to bring your children to see our providers.

Staff Meeting & Training

We also would like to point out that the expanded hours makes it difficult to conduct staff meetings and training, so we decided to close the office for one hour on Fridays from 12:30pm to 1:30pm to conduct our weekly staff meeting and training.

As always, we would like to thank you all for entrusting the care of your child to us. We truly value our partnership with you to help your child reach their full potential as it relates to their health.  

Hour Change For Dr. Betancourt

We wanted to inform you that Dr. Betancourt's hours have changed. She will only be seeing patients from 9:00am to 1:00pm.

She will have a limited amount of appointment slots at 8:15 am for those parents that wish to be seen before work or school. 

The 8:15am appointment slot is outside of the normal schedule. If you are interested in this time slot, you'll need to call several days prior to your appointment and schedule it in advance. 

Dr. Graba and our Nurse Practitioner Marciann will continue to work our standard office hours. Saturday appointments will also remain the way they've alway been ( 9-to 1pm). Providers alternate Saturday appointments.
